Introducing National General Secretaries: PHILIPPINES: LEVI SIARON

Mr. Liberato Siaron was appointed to the position of National General Secretary of the YMCA of the Philippines on 28 August 2004, after serving as Interim NGS from November 2003. Levi was until his appointment, the President of the Quezon City YMCA, and Treasurer of the National Board. He is a former Executive with the National Council of YMCAs and has also served as Executive Director of Rizal Youth Leadership Training Foundation Inc. Levi holds a Master’s Degree in Education and participated in the YMCA Advanced Studies Programme in 1982.
